Jobson challenges dogma, ritual, custom and orthodox thought, probing deep into aspects of ethics and humanities, sharing the eternal principles for life, stretching the mind beyond superficial thought, identifying a cause and effect to good living.
Age old philosophical concepts are revealed, encouraging balanced perspectives through an understanding of the law of reciprocity, called Karma, that which guides mankind from a state of the ordinary to that of extra-ordinary universal beings.
Oliver Jobson invites readers to travel with him through a depth of energy to the frontiers where vibration transposes into the dimension of consciousness. Readers progressively journey from the outer limits to inner space, from the macrocosm to the microcosm, from duality to non-duality, taking science, daily life and one's own personal experience beyond the threshold of thought, into the dimension of being.
Oliver’s research into world cultures, deities and languages expose our true identity as Super Beings. His journey makes reference to and introduces Sri Sathya Sai Baba, an Avatar, who teaches Educare - that which brings out the latent divinity in mankind, demonstrating by example the path to enlightenment.
This precious in-depth resource guide on spirituality introduces the philosophy of Monism, channeling readers to think outside the box, stimulating mental and emotional expansion, thereby, enhancing the total self.
250 Word Biography Of The Author – Oliver H. Jobson, CHy
Oliver H. Jobson, a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UK, received the Queen’s Commission as an Officer in 1977, retiring from Her Majesty’s Service in 1976 as a Battle Group Commander. His formal education began in Jamaica, attending the Priory School and Munro College. Versed on protocol and business etiquette, his business experience includes directorships on many boards ─ entertainment, hospitality, commercial and industrial trade organizations.
Raised a Roman Catholic and wanting to become a priest, he questioned his religion teachings that seemed divisive, intimidating and discriminating toward humanity that led to many wars fought in the guise of "my God is better than your God." This zeal seemed to be the antithesis of Jobson’s intuition.
Disillusioned and confused at the concept of heaven, hell and a religion that lacked inclusivity for all, he traveled the world extensively researching the philosophy, culture, custom and deities of major religions, investigating the inter-connectedness of all life. A student of Vipassana meditation and frequent visitor to India, Oliver Jobson has been a practitioner of Monistic meditation and a student of Eastern philosophy for more than forty years.
Driven to write this book he now shares a path that will enable others to think beyond the norm. A life coach, poet and hypnotist, Jobson adds flair to his presentations as his thought-provoking technique challenges participants to expand their awareness.
He has two children, Kara and Kris and three grandchildren, Kymani, Kyanna and Konnor. His many interests include skydiving, soccer, music and travel.
