About the Book
Jobson learned long ago that writing about his experiences and thoughts gave him a yardstick to recollect and reflect on the growth and expansion of his consciousness, as he grew spiritually. From an early age he has willingly shared his insights with seekers the world over, but believed material like this one would be redundant. However, persuasion from friends and fellow travelers convinced him that a book, written in his words, would serve to validate and encourage others who would not otherwise have access to his experience, knowledge and philosophy.
Moreover, such a publication would serve other purposes. It would expose many, for the first time, to the concepts he uses to describe a synergy of being that fuses mankind, nature and the universe into a common denominator. It would describe the link between philosophy, religion, science and our daily life as a unifying power of One, called monism.
A significant aspect of Expanding the Boundaries of Self Beyond The Limit Of Traditional Thought, Discovering the Magic Within, is that the book is an in-depth resource guide, comprised of six sections; in which is revealed a collection of deep universal secrets, veiled in simplicity, for personal development and mind expansion.
His literary work is also an enlightening introduction to ethics, humanities, leadership and stress relief through concentration, challenging readers to look within, while expanding their consciousness beyond the limits of dogma and mindless acceptance. God, he explains, is not confined to religion because it is a universal metaphysical term referring to an organized intelligent creative cosmic energy that energizes
each atom. The secret lays in understanding the building blocks of the entire universe which is developed within the thirty one chapters of the book. He further describes how the esoteric knowledge of the universe may be found within us all, giving details on how to achieve this end.
The sections of the book correspond to Jobson’s life experiences. Part 1 explains the conflict and challenges he experienced from early childhood through adulthood. Here he shares the experience he gained from an extremely difficult and challenging financial and emotional period. A period that could have led to nothing but stagnation, Jobson seized the opportunity for personal reflection and stocktaking. In Part II of the book, he also explains how he came to utilize Self Discovery Analysis, SDA, and here begins the reader’s own journey in sharing an aspect of his exploration and discovery of ethics and humanities commonly known as universal truth.
Part III is an anthology of ontological essays, which the author uses to illustrate the end result of how he examined, molded and expressed personal issues through introspection. The exercises Jobson suggests could assist readers in bringing issues to the surface and eliminate them, as the unconscious dissolves when brought into the conscious. He goes so far as to suggest that the person who follows these methods could turn introspection into publishable works.
Meditation in its purest sense and its values are covered in Part IV, and the links between mind and spirit are explained in Part V. In Part VI Jobson explores the manifestation and purpose of consciousness. All chapters lead to a culmination with this section, offering a discourse on the origin of being and the creation of the universe with the manifestation of human life on earth.
